that should be relatively simple. just make a new function for it based on
the gossip channel, which i am sure has checks in it. then put a conditional
that it wont be sent to the char unless the room they are in is flagged
BATTLE_CHANNEL and do the same for allowing input. itll take some tweaking,
but its a workable idea.
