I'm speaking completely from (bad) memory but I don't think it has a
problem with arbitrary sized zones, so long as the zone starts at
vzone_num*100.  If CircleMUD had a '.bottom' in addition to '.top' that
restriction could be removed.  Using zone_table[nr-1].top doesn't work
properly because of gaps.
