Well, I was really hoping that you would take the initiative to figure
something out on your own, but since you insist...

Open up c:\autoexec.bat in notepad (I really hope you don't need
step-by-step instructions for how to open a file in notepad).  You'll see
a line that starts with the word `PATH'.  Add the above mentioned
directory to the end, separating it from the rest of the list with a
semicolon (;).  Save, reboot.
