sedit problems?

I seem to be having some problems with sedit crashing circle. I am using
bpl21 and Oasis 2.0.1.

What is happening is that if I enter sedit for a new shop and change only 1
value (say the buy rate) and try to save the shop it core dumps.

I did go back in and fill in much more information on a shop and it save
successfully, so I should be able to train the builders to enter more
complete information. Included is the output from my core file, if someone
could help me translate this perhaps a long term solution can be found:
