Question reguarding Local time

I keep getting the warning of and incompatiable pointer type for the 
local time variable in just about every file in circle 2.2. Is there a 
fix for this? I am sure it is something real simple, and it really doesnt 
affect to muds operation it seems, but the computer scientist in me demands 
I fix it. Anyone have a fix?
