Suggestion: it's always easier than you think it is.

Try adding an extra field to some socials.  So, it can still parse the
normal socials, but if it doesn't end where it's supposed to, then check
what the last argument is.  If it's a 1 then set a field in the socials
structure which you can later check in do_commands.
