Ok thanks everyone, I just cleared things out with my ISP, figures they didn't mean BANDWIDTH, but they meant too much login time. I am setting up a Static IP with a dedicated account with them... But they also HAVE taken previous money out from our credit card without reason, so that will also be cleared!
