Two problems can result from OLC and Qansi.  The first is the CON_xxx
state problem.  If you don't have CON_QANSI then add that in there, too.
(Btw, check constants.c, connected_types[] against the order of the
actual CON_ defines just in case)  The other problem will be in
interpreter.c, where both Qansi and Oasis modify the top of nanny() in
the same place.  The simple solution is just to put in the state that
was rejected wherever you want it.
