Hello,
	I've modified all the necessary files in a stock circle30bpl11 for
OasisOLC to work in Windows 95 and saved it all as a zip and will be
posting it to the ftp site if anyone would like to use it.  If it's not
there yet email me personally and I'll send it to you.
