For me (changing stock code), I can't make a system because the world does
not always have a room to push them too. A room down from every water room
would be ideal, they'd sink.  Another option would be to donate them.  The
best philosophy is to not let them drop it on accident in the first place.
(Consider that extract_obj() call a sign to do something better yourself.)

And as for anvils...how many containers could you fit it in?  Therefore it
wouldn't fit in your boat. :)
