Erhm.. Works fine on DIKU Gamma and at least Circle 2.2 ..

Hmm.. Dont have the code right here, but I'm sure you just see a
wait_state call, which works fine since mobs and player characters
share the same data structure. The real check is in comm.c where
command_interpreter is called. And if I recall right last I checked,
its ignored on mobs. But I can be wrong.
