[CODE] [DG Scripts] Mobile Spells

This is probably ridiculously easy.

With DG Scripts, I would like to skip past the stuff with spec procs and
allow a mobile to cast a spell.  How could I make it so NPCs can cast
spells (but only if they have no descriptor to avoid switch problems and
only if they are not charmed)???

If you can help, I'd appreciate it.
