I'd be really interested in this events patch. I find ticks sort of
unrealistic, especially when concerned with players. I'm certainly no
expert coder, either, so it would be helpful, although I usually like to
attempt things on my own before resorting to other means. Of course, you
know, a patch would generate questions for you! <grin>
