I was wondering...  Why don't we all make a list of things that needs to
be done to Circle (e.g., different bugfixes and etc.)  I personally get
lost and confused in George's site, but that might just be me.  (?!)
Anyway, why don't we all put together a list, and at least I'd try to do
it.

(Note:  I am not saying that anybody is trying, I'm just saying that I
haven't seen it.  Flames directed a bgates@microsoft.com)
