Have do_siege create an item of type corpse with the name of "siege
counter", short desc"city" with a timer of 3 or 4 in limbo. Where it says
that stuff agout a quivering horde of maggots, put in a check for if the
name is "siege counter", if it is, pass short_desc to start_invasion.
