'Unlike you' implies that he doesn't agree with what you say after that,

It happens occaisonally, even in the bazaar, look at Linux 2.1.x patches.

An uncomfortable position in trying to find enough time in our lives to
satisfy your need for frequent releases.

I'd wager it's harder for Jeremy to release patches than to let them
accumulate.  He has to make sure the patchlevel is created properly by his
script so that you don't get a lib/etc/players in there by accident and
other fun things.
