Certainly; I definitely wouldn't want RL grief caused because of the
code. Even so, development should continue; if that means appointing
a temporary to handle releases, then maybe it should be done.

There are times being strict would be good. I'd like to see Circle 4
focus a great deal on revising what is present. Maybe that would be
best for 3.5. Let 4.0 have major new features.
Circle is a great codebase to expand on; but with some work, it would
be even better.
