Since I got so many requests, I uploaded Circle98 onto the circlemud ftp site
(ftp.circlemud.org).  the name of the file is Circle98-2.tgz.  Why '2'??  The
first time I uploaded something went wrong, but the ftp site wouldn't let me
remove the first copy.  Weird.
