Hmm you have tried every thing we have though of so there is only one
thing left to do.

Install linux. I prefer Red Hat but almost any version will do. its
simple to install and easy to use. other then that i really cannot help
any more.
take a look at your configure file you might need to change a few lines
in there.
also there are FAQ's on this so this is the last time i will speak about
this subject.
