OLC problems

I've been trying to install OLC version 1.5 on Circle 3.11.  When it
compiles, it gives me an error message saying:

sysdep.h(49) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'strings.h': No
such file or directory

I'm using MSVC6 to try to compile it and I'm not sure what is causing the
problem.  Any help would be appreciated.
