I don't see that as a problem. If you take someone out in a dark alley,
then no one should know that it was you. However, if a mob of faction A
watches you kill another mob of faction A, then the witness should
remember you and flee (or attack if a guard-type) before you attack them
first.
I realize that you want to reduce the slaughter in your city streets, but
not all crimes are solved...
Other than that one nit-pick, the idea is great!! I like it lots!
PS: Wrap your lines at 75 characters. It's a bitch to quote text properly
that has no line feeds in it.
