I just started coding for Circle two days ago. Usually more of a SMAUG and ROM
coder and the like. What I do remember from SMAUG though is that there are some
skills which are hidden from someone unless their above 0, so what you can do is
have it check the percentage of the spider crawl spell and if it equals 90% then
have it set the hidden web spell percentage to 1 so it shows up. Just my opinion,
correct me if I'm wrong since I've just started working with circle.
