It sure sounds like your missing your bin/circle file or something
along those lines. Is this mud stock or is it a previously modified
mud with a bunch of things?

If you read the docs, you must configure your mud, then compile it,
then it should write a binary for you.  Also, if it's not that problem,
try checking your autorun script to see if there are any paths in there
which differ from where your mud files may actually be.
