Possibly put the files in the Makefile? I'm just new to coding myself, but yeah. THis could mean that the functions not found could be in the .c and .h files you put in the src directory isn't patched in the Makefile, or even Makefile.in, which I don't suggest running "configure" as the Makefile.in could possibly be out of date, as the other .in file.
