When ever someone attempts to use magic, then do a search of each
character/object in the room to see if there is a no magic item.  Changing
the room bits each time everyone moves will get very time comsuming.

Or, If you want to speed things up a little more, set a flag in the character
structure if that character is carring a nomagic item.  (again do the search
when the attempt to do the magic happens).


Ps.  Hello everyone, Im new to this list.  Im considering using circle3.0 as
a base code for a mud Im about to put up.  (How do you like it?)
