Ya know, I'm soo freakin tired of this thread.  Let this shit die
please.  Not that I do not enjoy a good argument, but the license
is sooo clear, it's pathetic.  My father is a litigation attorney
here in Dallas, Texas and he says it's pretty plain.  Yes, some ppl
_could_ argue a few points within it, but the content and
language of the intended usage is straight forward.  There is
such a thing as implied law and some of the issues that people have
argued would fall under those terms.

Please end this thread and get back to the good old code/ideas
threads that I actually get usage out of.
