What the heck are you talking about? You download WHAT zip file? How do
you use WHAT? The builder...WHAT builder? You're playing jeapordy and I'm
losing.
If you are talking about circlemud, then after you unzipped it, you should
see a doc directory and a file in the circlemud directory called FAQ. Both
of these are required by (list)law that you read before posting here.
