Probably not.

However, if you manage to patch it in, and were smart enough to make a
backup
prior to putting in the patch. After you get it working, you can make a
patch.

:)

Everyone has to make a patch (created by someone else) fit thier code
(99.9%) of the time.
By fixing rej's or patch it all by hand in the first place. (Recommended
way for several
reasons as previously discussed by most of the people on this list, in
the archives)
