I don't know; ask Alex. I only noticed because he forgot to remove a ~ from
the file. Alex is the guy to ask for most (all?) of lib/ and below.

Changed for liquid names.

It makes sense for the current locate object and the code no longer
clobbers an argument even if it isn't a liquid name.  Otherwise I don't
remember...I was convinced in January 2000 but the other reasons escape me.

It'd be a lot nicer if the keyword list was an array of 'char *' instead of
space delimited.

I still have to do the 'get water.barrel' and 'get fish.barrel' support.
