I made an APPLY_WEAPONSPELL, and the value is the spellnum if the spell 
to be cast...
The way I did it, just about any spell that doesn't affect objects can 
be used... including heal :P  (but that maks a great necromancer weapon 
on my mud, sice heal damages the undead)  :)
