put a wait/lag for a dig command it takes time to dig a hole, so if you
can't do anything for a few secs everytime you dig or any skill that
should take time for that matter, people won't use at random just when
they think it might be useful, otherwise they will be wating their time
to do it all the time.  Does this make sense?
