Bear with me if this is a stupid naieve response, but I only just
installed mobprogs.....

Having mobprogs SUM to 100, I'm assuming that this would not be in
the form

1. check if 50% or lower
2. check if 50% or lower

but would be in the form of

1. check if 50% or lower
2. otherwise do this one.

?
