mobprg vs dg script

i would like to know what is the best of this two way to use some
interactive stuff into a mob.

i think that dgis better because you can use a lot of stuff based on object
and room.

in bpl15 with oasis 2.0 already in with file i must download to have the bg
working on my mud??
