        Did they warn you before subtracting more from your credit card?
Or, did they even tell you that they were going to start substracting it.  I
think a warning is necessary.  Also, do you pay for a dedicated connection?
If so, then this is a wrong-doing of the ISP and I would be forced to switch
ISP's or call and bitch at them
