Modify say_spell() to use whatever table you pass through it and then you
can have whatever the character says automatically translated into another
language. Elvish might change 'ck' to 'sh' or something similiar.  You can
even define specific words to be changed or just letters and syllables.

The only drawback I see is that it kills buf, buf1, and buf2... :)
