Aye. Climtes was done before I released the patch, but I wanted to see if
someone else out there would take up the hint that I left in the readme
and code it. I mainly wanted to let that be done by someone else and
compare my code vs. theirs to see how someone else may have done it
differently.

Perhaps I'll re-release the patch with climates in it. The change is
really minor, actually. Just a byte added to each zone to hold the
climate and a 2-d array. One dimension is as long as the number of
climates (I coded 4) and the other dimension is the weather change
message.

Enough rambling. Once I get some features that I promised to my coders
done, I'll work on releasing another multi-zone weather patch and toss in
climates this time to see what everyone thinks.
