Currency System Revisited

Well, based on some of the other posts on this topic I spent some time
Probably better suited to other tasks and coded out the core parts to an
Enchanced Currency System for CircleMUD.

It allows however many currencies to be defined each with exchange rate
values, etc.  Also each player can have an ammount of any of these types
either in hand or in bank.

The README has more information than I'm going to post here.

The files can be found at for now.

(The patch file was patched against stock bpl22, fyi.)
